Syawal

It's the second day of Raya, so I am positive it's not at all late to wish Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri to all Muslims :) I think it must has been a great journey to finally celebrating Raya right? Wish you all endless happiness.

So basically I'm in Malacca, Masjid Tanah. Both my parents' hometown. They live in the same village (that's how lucky I am, lol). First day was alright. I don't know whether for some reasons as in my brother's absence (he's in Manila right now), or is it that I got only a week of holiday, or is it that I have grown heartless towards any kind of celebration used to be much exaggerated when I was a kid, or is it that I really am all grown up, that Raya means so littlest? I don't know. All in one mixed up in my heart, with the obvious fact that my closest brother's not here. Uhm too much to handle in one hell of a day. The day was fine, it was beyond fine but perhaps it was just me. I had fun, but yea just fun. And the precious moments with my family is going to be forever kept in the deepest part of my heart. I'm attempting at full optimistic, at least. Heh.

I have Law assignment actually. I did not bring any of my books to Malacca for I know as much as I would want to have a look or two on the books, I still would not have much time. Second raya unm now I'm sitting at home, waiting to people to come by. I'm missing my boyfriend to add up to my misery. Mhmmmm he's not that far though only in Kuala Pilah, which is awesome. Okay, enjoy the rest of your day people. Selamat Hari Raya again :>

Ramadhan's blessings

I think I'm awesome. Yes, no? O EM GEE you just don't have any idea of how I miss blogging! I even came close to forgetting my password, that's how crucial it is! Okay I'm exaggerating. Pardon. Hiiiiii bloggers, what is up? Owman, what is up with me? K sorry. Hi, I'm Athirah and I'm here in KL. Truth be told, I have longed for this moment right here (blogging), in my campus I constantly checking out my blog but never a minute of a free time for it, that's basically how sad it is. I went home on August 13th though, but still weekends were not my very best friends, they were too short for any form of friendship. K moving on, I was sick on the whole early two weeks of Ramadhan, it was really bad. On the weekend of the first week of Ramadhan, my parents even had to come up in Perak, the main cause checked- HOMESICK. Seriously, apart from the weather and some other causes I could only concluded as homesickness. Well then, I recovered a week later. Fully recovered. Equals two weeks of being weak, to do anything. Alhamdulillah, I got through it.

Life, life, life. University life. Let me tell you, Ramadhan feels like it just started. Yea. Time moves so fast yet so slow. Honestly, I love having freak-out moments for studying; being stressed out, staying up all night to memorize, explaining to your classmates of topics you are gifted the utmost understanding, trying hard to draw perfect attention to lectures, that hardcore attempt just to make sure it all be worth of a whole 6-month away from family and closest friends, like you're fighting hard but you know your every strength and ability- it all is fun. But well, I am only human. I fall at times, I get bored of routines, I grow more stressful out of the simplest shit, I become more tired day by day (by walking to classes, the weather, the unbelievable people and lecturers, etc). I basically grow bored and it causes me stress. I lose my grip sometimes, I am only human. But alhamdulillah I passed it all. Insya Allah for the days after, I will refer it all back in lessons-learnt book.

Allah is great. He keeps on giving me strength, whether directly from Him or through the closest people to my heart. He chooses exactly the right time to make my grip tighter. Yes, I have changed. My image, it's nothing to be told about. All I can say is I pray it's for forever. I thank my two girls, Atiqah and Zati for always supporting me and of course my boyfriend, Amir Afiq for always being there for me. Thanks for my parents for not questioning anything regarding the change but I know, they're elated :') And for those who support, I swear it means A LOT. I swear.

I hope it's not too late to wish but Happy Fasting! Goodnight and Assalamualaikum!

Sunday, August 14

I shall say I have been ruled by my emotions and the exaggeration filled too much space alongside ego. I guess we are okay. More than okay. Well, if this what love means, sure he has been showing me all along :') I love you, endlessly.
